Animal husbandry is one of the leading industries in Taiping Township. In recent years, with the great concern, support and help of the municipal Party committee and government, animal husbandry in Taiping Township has made great progress. In 2004, Taiping Township animal husbandry association was established. The association is connected with leading enterprises such as slaughtering and processing, feed and seedling supply, and breeding community. It organizes animal husbandry farmers to enter the market, so that more and more farmers join the industrial chain voluntarily. the association implements the "seven unified" service mode of "unified signing of contract, purchase of seedlings, purchase of materials, purchase of medicine, technical service, sales and settlement", gradually forming a close combination of risk sharing and benefit sharing, which enables farmers to focus on breeding, and other matters are handled by the association in a unified way, so as to achieve the goal of stable breeding and stable income, and promote the development of animal husbandry in the whole township. In 2006, the per capita net income of animal husbandry in Taiping Township was 1900 yuan, accounting for 38% of the per capita net income of farmers in Taiping Township. According to the development trend of animal husbandry and the principle of "run by the local people, manage by the local people and benefit from the local people", in July 2005, some large farmers in Taiping Township spontaneously established the Hekou District poultry breeding Association, focusing on providing good services for the breeding community. The establishment of the association has played a great role in improving the degree of farmers' organization and speeding up the pace of animal husbandry industrialization and standardization in Taiping Township. Up to now, the number of members of the association has grown to 171, the number of poultry seedling supply enterprises has grown to 3, the number of feed supply enterprises has grown to 2, the number of veterinary drug supply enterprises has grown to 3, and the number of poultry recycling enterprises has grown to 2. Since the establishment of the association, a total of 327400 contract ducks and 608200 broilers have been sold, and the members have received a net profit of 1238100 yuan. established the breeding service center of the association: through the way of market operation, each enterprise hired four professionals with high technical level and rich practical experience for the association, providing timely technical services for each breeding household, and providing reliable guarantee for the development of breeding industry in Taiping Township. established breeding training base: in order to improve the quality of livestock products and enhance market competitiveness, through active coordination, the association signed agreements with leading enterprises to jointly establish training base. Up to now, the association has held 78 training courses with 2895 trainees, greatly improving the level of farmers' breeding technology. strengthen fund coordination: on the basis of 500000 yuan raised by the association, coordinate the rural credit cooperatives and the association to reach an agreement, provide credit support for farmers with good breeding foundation, high credit and financial difficulties, and be checked by the veterinary station and the association, so as to ensure the return of credit funds. So far, a total of 2.986 million yuan of credit funds have been implemented, which has enabled 103 farmers to become rich by animal husbandry. established the "seven unified service" mode: in the development process of the association, gradually explored and formed the service mode of "unified contract signing, seedling purchasing, material purchasing, medicine purchasing, technical service, sales and settlement", so that the farmers put their main energy on breeding, and other matters are handled by the association in a unified way, so as to achieve the goal of stable breeding and stable income. The promotion of this service mode has been widely recognized by farmers. gradually form a community of interests: in the development of the association, all parties have gradually reached a consensus: only when the interests of farmers are protected to the greatest extent, can there be room for development, so that farmers realize that only when the credit is returned in time, can there be development potential. In this way, the association, enterprises, credit cooperatives and farmers form a community of interests, which are interdependent, interactive and mutually supportive Holding and mutual development, formed a virtuous circle, and created a good platform for the development of animal husbandry in the township. At the same time, feed supply enterprises gradually intervene in the production of poultry breeding by way of feed credit, which makes enterprises, associations and farmers form a close combination of risk sharing and benefit sharing, protects the interests of associations and farmers to the maximum extent, and greatly promotes the development of animal husbandry.
