Dianzi town
Dianzi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Xinghe County, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Xinghe County, adjacent to dukoubu Township, Huai'an County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province in the East, Xinping Town, Tianzhen County, Datong City, Shanxi Province in the South and luowenzao Town, Yanggao County, Shanxi Province in the south, heitutai Town, Fengzhen City in the west, Chengguan town and Zhanggao town in the north, with an administrative area of 460 square kilometers.
Around the first year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1662), it was a Mongolian Nomadic land; in May 1984, dianzi commune was changed into a township; in July 2001, Dianzi, baijiaying and Nanwan were merged into dianzi town. By the end of 2018, the population of Dian Zi town registered residence was 28569. As of June 2020, dianzi town has two communities and 20 administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in dianzi town was 3500 yuan. In 2018, dianzi town has three comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Around the first year of Kangxi (1662), it was a Mongolian Nomadic land.
In January 1959, the national unity commune was established.
In August 1961, it was changed into genzichuan commune.
In March 1964, it was divided into baijiaying, dianzi and Nanwan communes.
In May 1984, dianzi commune was transformed into a township.
In July 2001, Dianzi, baijiaying and Nanwan were merged into dianzi town.

At the end of 2011, dianzi town had 20 administrative villages: Dianzi, Nanwan, Gucheng, Nankou, jiumatun, Beishatan, luweigou, Xiwan, erdaoying, Dongying, shiyaogou, erdaoliang, Zhujiaying, lamaying, yadaiying, baijiaying, lujiaying, wangjiaying, gehuyao and sandaobian, with 78 villager groups.
