Ganhe town
Ganhe Town, belonging to Olunchun Autonomous Banner of Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is the residence of Ganhe Forestry Bureau, a large second grade national forest industry enterprise. It is located in the northwest of Olunchun Autonomous Banner, adjacent to Alihe town in the East, Jiwen town in the south, Keyihe town and Genhe City in the west, and the junction of Huzhong District in Daxing'anling area of Heilongjiang Province in the north, with an administrative area of 3563 square kilometers.
In March 1957, Ganhe office was set up, which belongs to xiguitu banner; in October 1958, it was changed to Ganhe town. In 1959, it was put under the Oroqen Autonomous Banner. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Gan he town was 33520. As of June 2020, Ganhe town has five communities under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Ganhe town was 8.658 million yuan. In 2018, Ganhe town has one industrial enterprise and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
On January 8, 1957, Inner Mongolia Forest Industry Administration decided to set up the Preparatory Office of Ganhe Forest Industry Bureau. Because there was no infrastructure, it temporarily worked in Yitulihe Forest Bureau.
In March 1957, Ganhe office was set up, which was subordinate to xiguitu banner.
In October 1958, it was changed to Ganhe town.
In 1959, it was put under the Oroqen Autonomous Banner.
In May 2006, Keyihe town was abolished and its jurisdiction was merged into Ganhe town.
In 2010, Keyihe town was restored and separated from Ganhe town.

At the end of 2011, Ganhe town had five communities: dabaishan, Linfeng, badaishan, blueberry and Ganquan, and 114 resident groups.
As of June 2020, Ganhe town has five communities under its jurisdiction: Linfeng community, badaishan community, dabaishan community, blueberry community and Ganquan community, and the town people's government is stationed in dabaishan community.

Ganhe town is located at the southeast foot of Daxing'an Mountains. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south. The main vein of Daxing'an Mountains is in the north, and its remaining veins extend from north to south, forming a mountainous landform surrounded by mountains in the west, northeast and south, and overlapping hills in the hinterland. Dabai mountain, the highest peak in the territory, is located at the junction of Huzhong District, Daxinganling area, Heilongjiang Province, with an altitude of 1528 meters.

The main river in Ganhe town is Ganhe River, which originates from the town. It is about 120km long and 120m wide. It runs through the town from north to South with a drainage area of 19714km2. There are dense tributaries on both sides of Gan River. The main tributaries are wuliyite River, da'emugeling River, gulumanai River, douke River, Xingbin River, Korbin River, Keyi River, etc., forming a zigzag and crisscross network system of Gan River Basin.

The main natural disasters in Ganhe town are frost, hail, flood and so on. Frost disaster occurs once a year, mainly from August to September. The most serious flood occurred on August 8, 1988, which destroyed 278 highways, 57 highway bridges and culverts, 23 bridges and 15 culverts, more than 40 kilometers of communication lines, five city protection levees in the town and 226 residents, resulting in economic loss of 5.23 million yuan.
