Dalin town is located in the southeast of the county, adjacent to Tongzhong town in the north, Sunmiao township of Xi county in the East, Luoshan County across the Huaihe River in the south, and piliandian Township in the West. Dalin town is adjacent to Jingguang line, Jingzhu Expressway and 107 National Highway in the west, Jingjiu railway, 106 National Highway and ashen Expressway in the East, 312 National Highway and Ningxi railway in the south, kaigong Road, a provincial highway, runs through the whole territory, and Huaihe River passes through the whole territory, with a river bank length of 15 km. Historical evolution

In ancient times, dalindian was a passing shop from Zhengyang to Luoshan. There was a big cypress forest in the south. It was said by passers-by that it was dalindian. Ming and Qing Dynasties belonged to Tangshang, Xinxing and Lizhuang. In 1921, it belonged to the third district. In 1945, it belonged to Tongzhong township. after the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Tongzhong district. In 1958, it belonged to Tongzhong people's commune. In 1966, Dalin people's commune was established, and in 1983, it was changed into a township. in 2007, the township was removed and the town was built.

history

It has a long history. In Tudian village, there are ruins of Jiangguo ancient city and Anyang City. In kouzhuang, there are ancient trees, bodhi trees and white fruit trees. According to historical records and expert research, the surname of Jiang is the name of the country. The capital of the ancient Jiang state is located here, so the Jiang state is the birthplace of the surname.
