Mingren street, belonging to Horqin district, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of Horqin district, bordering Shijie street in the East, Railway Street in the south, Horqin street in the West and Yongqing street in the north. Its total area is 0.9 square kilometers. As of the end of 2011, the total population of the district was 21477.
In 1947, it was called Nanmen Street and Mingren street. In September 1980, the urban people's commune was abolished and Mingren street was established. As of June 2020, Mingren street has three communities under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, the total revenue of Mingren street was 2.62 million yuan. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax is 1.37 million yuan, value-added tax is 410000 yuan, and enterprise income tax is 35000 yuan.
