Kuankuo Town, belonging to Suiyang County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is located in the northwest of Suiyang County. It borders maoya town in the East, jianba town in the south, Mazong Miao Township in Tongzi County in the West and Huangyang town in the north. The administrative area is 192.7 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Kuo town was 29335. As of October 2019, kuankuo town has one community and five administrative villages.

History of construction
Ming, Qing Dynasty, belong to the Zhao family.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to boxwood and kuankuo township.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Huangyang and kuankuo Township belong to the Fifth District.
In 1950, the Sixth District Office was set up.
In 1961, it was renamed kuankuo district office.
On July 8, 1992, kuankuo town was established in kuankuo, Yanping, huanping, Jiulong and other townships of kuankuo district.
