Donglin Township, belonging to hailun City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of hailun City, adjacent to Hongguang farm in the East, Dongfeng Town and shuangchahe town in Suiling County in the south, hailun town in the west, Shuanglu town and Changfa town in the north. Historical evolution
In the third year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty (1911), the village was established.
In 1912, it was the residence of Fuhai village.
During the Japanese puppet period, it was the residence of Fuhai village government.
In 1946, Fuhai district was established.
In 1956, Fuhai township was changed.
In 1958, it was changed into Dongfanghong commune.
In 1961, the forest protection commune was established.
In 1985, the commune was transformed into a township.
In 2001, Hulin Township and Dongfanghong Township merged, and each township was named Donglin township.
