Changle Town
Changle Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Hepu County, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Hepu County, 30 kilometers away from Hepu County. It borders on Pubei County in the north, Quzhang Township in the East, Zhakou town in the South and Shikang town in the west, covering an area of 256 square kilometers.
During the Qin and Han Dynasties, Changle was subordinate to Xiang county. In 1984, it was Changle Town. By the end of 2018, the total population of Changle Town was 89100. As of June 2020, Changle Town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 22 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Changle Town is located at No. 368, South Street, community highway, Changle street.
In 2018, the financial revenue of Changle Town was 10.76 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.5%. All villages have achieved collective economic income of more than 30000 yuan. The total industrial output value of the whole year was 517 million yuan, up 36.8% year on year. The total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery was 724 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.5%. 71 million yuan in fixed assets.
History of construction
During the Qin and Han Dynasties, Changle was subordinate to Xiang county.
During the Five Dynasties period, in 917, the first year of Liu gongqianxiang in the Southern Han Dynasty, changlezhou was set up near the present changlewei, which was subordinate to Hepu County, and under the jurisdiction of Bodian County, linglv county and Yanchang county.
In April of the fifth year of Kaibao (972) of Song Dynasty, changlezhou was withdrawn and Shikang county was under its jurisdiction
After liberation, it was attached to the urban area in 1949.
In 1950, it belonged to the Fifth District.
In 1951, it was the twelfth district.
In 1955, it was Changle district.
In 1957, it was the hometown of Changle.

Changle Town is mainly composed of hilly land and alluvial plain of Nanliujiang river. In the west, it is small plain along Nanliujiang river. In the East, it is low hill (gentle hill) mountain. The soil is fertile, flat, loose and deep. The surface soil is rich in organic phosphorus, available phosphorus and available potassium. The area has a ground elevation of 10-150 meters, with the highest point at shuangjiaoling, Queen Village, 145.4 meters above sea level, and the lowest point at huangniwo, Jingzhu village, 11 meters above sea level.

Changle Town belongs to the coastal water system of southern Guangxi in the Pearl River Basin. The main rivers are Nanliujiang River and wulijiang River, with a length of about 12.8 km. Nanliujiang river flows from Quanshui Town, Pubei County to the whole territory of Changle Town from north to south. In huangniwo area of Jingzhu village committee in the southwest corner of Changle Town, it joins wulijiang River in Tiantang forest farm in the northwest corner, flows southward to dangjiang town in Hepu and flows into Beibu Gulf. In 1914, the highest water level of Nanliujiang river was 19.96m, and in August 1967, the highest water level was 18.77m.

The main natural disasters in Changle Town are low temperature and freezing, drought, flood, tropical storm, heavy rainfall, strong typhoon, lightning and so on. From January to February 2008, it suffered from the continuous low temperature disaster with a return period of 50 years. The affected area of crops was 2553 hectares, and the total yield was 2173 hectares. The output of vegetables was reduced by about 38400 tons due to the disaster, and the economic loss was 34 million yuan. Huangzhujiao village and Jingzhu village of Xicheng village committee were threatened by geological disasters and besieged by floods respectively, and 620 people were transferred urgently.
