History of construction

In the Tang Dynasty, it belonged to Longhua town.

In March 1956, Longhua town was renamed Chengguan town.

In October 1981, it was renamed Longhua town.

In October 1984, Nanji township was merged into Longhua town.

In August 1992, Dongsheng, Xisheng and Beigu townships were merged into Longhua town.
