Xindian town

Xindian Town, named after xindianchang, is located 13.5km to the north of Yingshan County, which is the center of the county. Founded in the 40 years of Kangxi, it has a history of 300 years. The town is adjacent to Damiao and Yanjing in the East, Dongsheng and Jichuan in the south, Langchi, Fatang and Fuyuan in the west, and Angu, Anhua and Tongtian in the north. The market town is a provincial construction point town with an area of 1.5 square kilometers. The altitude is 415 meters. It's the center of the county. The town covers an area of 53.36 square kilometers. The town governs 18 administrative villages, 171 communities and 15670 people (2017). In the town, the terrain is high in the East, South and North, and low in the southwest, belonging to the landform of shallow hills and wide valleys. Yilong river flows into Yanjing Huangdu from xiadengzi River in Angu, Northwest China, passing through eight villages of 4, 10, 9, 12, 11, 14 and 15, with a total length of 23.7 km and a flow of 28.8 m3 / s. The market town is a provincial-level small town construction point town with an area of 1.5 square kilometers, complete water supply, power supply, television, schools, hospitals, environmental protection, culture and other infrastructure, rich in agricultural and sideline products.

On October 3, 1933, the ninth Red Army captured Xindian and established the Political Department of the ninth Red Army, which commanded the famous Yingqu campaign, fengdoupu blocking battle and fenghuangzhai ambush, and established the Xindian district and township Soviet government. After liberation, the district government, the district office, the District Working Committee, the supervision office, the people's Commune and the township government were established. In 1992, the organizational system was adjusted and new stores were set up.

The building area is about 800 square meters. It is the house of Yan Qishan, the former owner of the new store. On October 3, 1933, after occupying xindianchang, the ninth Red Army set up the political department, the combat command room and Xu Shiyou's office here. The first room in the left wing is the office of Xu Shiyou, deputy commander of the ninth Red Army and division commander of the 25th division. The whole house is well preserved. On the open space under the patio is a big stone five-star. Behind the stone five-star is a stone tablet of "the site of the Political Department of the ninth Red Army".

Industrial economy

The town mainly produces rice, wheat, sweet potato, and 10500 tons of grain in 2005. The main economic crops are rape, fruit, peanut, black melon seed and lotus root. As of 2003, there are 4500 mu of rape, 3000 mu of fruit (pear, orange, grapefruit, peach, plum and apricot), 5000 mu of peanut, 600 tons of black melon seed, 120 tons of black melon seed, 2000 mu of lotus root and 2400 tons of output. The breeding industry in the township has developed rapidly. The scale of pig raising, cattle raising, sheep raising, chicken raising, duck raising, goose raising, pigeon raising and bee raising has begun to take shape in 2001. In 2003, there were more than 23500 lean meat type commercial pigs, more than 1800 commercial beef cattle, more than 100000 meat pigeons, more than 200000 meat birds and 100000 eggs. By the end of 2003, the total agricultural output value was 21.36 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 1519 yuan.
