Jincheng Street
Jincheng Street is the residence of the CPC Hangzhou Lin'an District Committee and the people's Government of Lin'an district. It is the core area of the main urban area of Lin'an and the political, economic and cultural center of the whole district. It is located in the east of Lin'an District, adjacent to Qingshanhu street in the East, Linglong street in the west, Jinnan street in the South and Jinbei street in the north. The street area is 61.57 square kilometers, with jurisdiction over 5 administrative villages, 8 neighborhood committees and 10 communities.
In 2010, the population was 176909 (2010). In 2015, the population of the street was 133 thousand, of which 83 thousand were registered residence, 50 thousand were floating population, and the natural growth rate of the population was 6.3 per thousand.
The annual output value of industrial sales reached 4.457 billion yuan, an increase of 1.9% over the previous year; the total output value of agriculture was 115 million yuan, an increase of 6.1%; the fiscal revenue was 115 million yuan, the fiscal expenditure was 123 million yuan; the total tax revenue (including Jincheng Street and Jinbei Street) was 840 million yuan, including 290 million yuan of local tax and 550 million yuan of national tax. The streets have 342.8 hectares of cultivated land, 271.4 hectares of gardens and 2462.6 hectares of mountain forests. The total income of rural economy was 10.823 billion yuan (including township run enterprises, village group unified management, village run enterprises, farmer family management and other rural management); the income of rural collective economy was 28.57 million yuan; the per capita net income of farmers was 24710 yuan, an increase of 10%. The annual industrial power consumption was 62.825 million kwh, and the agricultural power consumption was 36 million kwh.

The East-West length of Lin'an District in Hangzhou is 100 km, and the central urban area is in the east of the city. Its topography is higher in the northwest and lower in the southeast, with great difference. The altitude difference between Qingliangfeng in the West and Shiquan in the East is more than 1770 meters. The average altitude of mountainous areas in the northwest and southwest is more than 1000 meters, while the east of Jincheng town in the East is mostly the valley plain below 50 meters. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides in the south of northwest and horseshoe shaped opening to the East.
Due to the effect of water system, Changhua, Yuqian and Lin'an river valleys are formed, and the beaded river valleys extend from east to west and from northeast to southwest. Under the influence of the terrain conditions, location factors, administrative construction and other factors, the overall pattern of Lin'an taking the urban area as the center, Yuqian and Changhua as the sub centers, and the secondary and tertiary industries concentrated in the eastern part of the city, the urban agglomeration taking the urban area as the center and the area along the Hang Yu highway crossing the East and west of the city is formed, and the development level of the eastern part is significantly higher than that of the western region.

Qingliang peak, the highest point in the northwest, is 1787 meters above sea level, while Shiquan village, the lowest point in the East, is only 9 meters above sea level.

It belongs to the mid subtropical monsoon climate zone, warm and humid, with four distinct seasons. It has the climate characteristics of rainy spring, hot and humid summer, cool autumn, dry and cold winter. The annual rainfall is 1628.6 mm, the annual average temperature is 16.4 ° C, the annual sunshine hours is 1847.3 hours, and the forest coverage rate is 76.5%. The landform of Lin'an is diverse and complex. The altitude ranges from 9 meters to 1787 meters, forming a diversified farming industry. Grain, oil, forestry, bamboo, tea, mulberry, fruit, vegetable, livestock, poultry, fishing and other industries are developed simultaneously, and the industry is developing in an all-round way.
