Chang Ping, male, citizen of the people's Republic of China, former Vice Minister of transportation of Logistics Department of Beijing Military Region.

Changping (1920.12 ~ 2009.12.23)

A native of Jincheng, Shanxi Province, he joined the army in September 1937 and joined the Communist Party of China in November of the same year. He has successively served as a student, secretary, instructor, political member of the regiment of Yan'an military and Political University, director of vehicle management department of Transportation Department of Logistics Department of Beijing Military Region, deputy chief of staff of a certain branch, deputy director of Transportation Department of Logistics Department of Beijing Military Region, and director of vehicle and ship Department of Logistics Department of Beijing Military Region. Comrade Chang Ping, deputy retired military officer of Beijing No.4 cadre sanatorium of the Joint Service Department of the military region and former head of the vehicle and ship Department of the Logistics Department of the military region, died in Beijing on December 23, 2009 at the age of 89.
