Yongan Town is located in the southeast of Dinghu District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, China, with superior geographical environment and convenient transportation. Jiangzhao expressway, Nanning Guangzhou Guiyang Guangzhou railway and Guangzhou Zhaoqing urban light rail run through the whole area. Moreover, Jiangzhao expressway has an exit in Yong'an Town, and Guiyang Guangzhou railway has passenger station and freight station in this area. It is only 6 km to Zhaoqing new port wharf, 60 km to Guangzhou in the East, 70 km to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport in the northeast and 120 nautical miles to Hong Kong in the southeast. Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, Yong'an was divided into three townships: chagang, Chabei and Renhe. The town has a total area of 208.96 square kilometers, a total population of 51497 and 114 natural villages. In 1988, it was assigned to Dinghu district. Yong'an town is located in the low lying area of the plain. Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, there were many dykes and a large area threatened by floods. For this reason, the leaders of Zhaoqing water supply company decided to add a new type of automatic chlorine dioxide generator (Huate 2000) to disinfect and sterilize the water in the town's Waterworks, considering the safety of water for residents. After testing, the water quality all reached the national health standards, since then the water quality has been guaranteed. the main project of water production of Yong'an new water plant is located at canggang hill, Guixi village, Yong'an Town, occupying an area of 23.17 mu, with a total construction area of 2720 square meters. The designed daily water supply is 100000 cubic meters, which supplies water for industrial and mining enterprises and residents in Yong'an and Lianhua towns. it is understood that Yong'an Industrial Park is a large-scale industrial park in Dinghu District, located in Beishui economic and Technological Development Zone. There are more than ten large-scale ceramic enterprises in the park. Several enterprises use 500-600 cubic meters of water per day, and some enterprises plan to demand 1000 cubic meters of water per day. However, only one DN 100 PVC in the industrial park is supplied by Beishui development zone, Even the domestic water in the area can not be solved, and it can not meet the water demand of enterprises, so all enterprises have to dig their own wells to get water. Now that the Zhaoqing water supply pipe has been installed in the industrial zone, all enterprises express their hope that the Yong'an new water plant will be put into operation as soon as possible to solve the problem of water shortage in the industrial zone. since 2017, in strict accordance with the planning of the central town, the town Party committee and the town government have made great efforts to attract investment, forming four major industrial pillar Parks: Yongan ceramic building materials Industrial Park, Hengtai Textile Industrial Park, Lianyu bags and shoes city, and hardware environmental protection industrial park. There are 9 ceramic enterprises in the ceramic building materials Industrial Park, and there are 22 modern ceramic production lines (48 production lines are expected to be invested), all of which adopt the most advanced production process, technology and equipment in China. In 2008, the total industrial output value of the ceramic industrial park reached 347 million yuan. Lianyu luggage and shoes city has been put into operation, with 3000 jobs to be solved in the first phase. The total output value in three years can exceed 1 billion yuan, and 8000 jobs to be solved. Yongan Industrial Park of the district has introduced five new textile enterprises, with an initial investment of 300 million yuan.
