Xiazhuang Street
Xiazhuang street belongs to Chengyang District of Qingdao city. It is located in the West foot of Laoshan Mountain, Southeast of Chengyang District and middle reaches of Baisha River. Its center is located at 120 ° 28 ′ E and 36 ° 16 ′ n. It is adjacent to Beizhai street of Laoshan District in the East, Liuting street in the west, Chengyang street in the northwest, Licang District in the South and Xifu Town Street in the north. The maximum horizontal distance between East and West is 14.5km, and the maximum vertical distance between North and south is 11.5km, with a total area of 8 square kilometers 4 square kilometers. By the end of 2015, it had jurisdiction over 50 communities, with a total population of 111655 (2010).
In 2014, the gross Street product was 14.85 billion yuan, an increase of 11% compared with 2013; the public budget revenue was 787 million yuan, an increase of 23.8% compared with 2013.
In July 2020, it won the honorary title of national health Township from 2017 to 2019.
Historical evolution
Xia, Shang and Western Zhou (about the 21st century B.C. - 207 B.C.) were the lands of Laiyi. During the Warring States period (475-221 BC), it belonged to the state of Qi and belonged to Jimo.

After the unification of China in the Sui Dynasty (581-618), Buqi county was reset for a time, and soon it will be merged into Jimo County, belonging to Donglai county. In Tang Dynasty (618-907), it belonged to Jimo County, daolaizhou, Henan Province. In Song Dynasty (960-1127), it was Jimo County, Donglai County, Laizhou, Jingdong East Road. Jinshi (1127-1279) belonged to Jimo County, Dinghai County, Laizhou, Shandong east road.
In the Yuan Dynasty (1206-1368), it belonged to Jimo County, Yidu Road, Dongxi Road, Shandong Province, and Jimo County, Laizhou Prefecture, Banyang Road, Shandong Province. In the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Shandong Province and belonged to Jimo County of Qingzhou Prefecture. In 1376, it was transferred to Laizhou Prefecture and belonged to Jimo County of Jiaozhou. In the early Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Laizhou Prefecture, Denglai Qingdao, Shandong Province, and Jimo County, Jiaozhou. During the reign of Qianlong (1736-1795), Zhili Laizhou Prefecture Jimo county. On March 6, 1898, after the German occupation of Qingdao, the area south of Baisha River was included in the German concession of jiaoao, and the rest belonged to Laizhou Prefecture and Jimo County of Jiaozhou.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), the government set up roads. The area north of Baisha River belongs to Jimo County, Jiaodong Road, Shandong Province. In the third year of the Republic of China (1914), the area south of Baisha River was replaced by Japan. In 1922, the Beiyang government took back the concession and changed it into jiaoao commercial port. The area south of Baisha River belongs to jiaoao commercial port, while the area north of Baisha River has the same jurisdiction. In 1927, the system of Taoism was abolished. Jimo was directly under the jurisdiction of the province, and the area north of Baisha River still belonged to it. In April 1929, jiaoao commercial port was changed into Qingdao special city; in September 1930, Qingdao special city was changed into Qingdao City, which belongs to the area south of Baisha River. In January 1938, Japan occupied Qingdao again. The area to the south of Baisha River belonged to the pseudo Qingdao special city, while the area to the north of Baisha River and the area to the west of Caocun River belonged to Jimo Township Office of the pseudo Qingdao special city. On June 30, 1942, the puppet Qingdao special municipal government set up Laoshan administrative office. Xiazhuang district and xianjiazhai District belonged to Laoshan administrative office. The area north of Baisha River and west of Caocan River belonged to Jimo administrative office of puppet Qingdao special municipal government. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in August 1945, it was under the jurisdiction of Qingdao Laoshan administrative office and Jimo county. On June 1, 1949, Xiazhuang was liberated, belonging to the Laoshan administrative office of Nanhai special district, Jiaodong district.
On May 1, 1950, it was transferred to Laoshan administrative office of Jiaozhou district. In April 1951, it belongs to Qingdao Laoshan administrative office. In June 1953, the Laoshan administrative office of Qingdao city was changed into the suburb of Laoshan City, which still belongs to it. On October 5, 1961, Laoshan was transferred from district to county, and its membership remained unchanged. On November 17, 1988, Laoshan was changed from a county to a district and still under its jurisdiction. On April 23, 1994, the administrative division of Qingdao was adjusted and Chengyang District was set up. The reorganization system was incorporated into Chengyang District.

In the Ming Dynasty, Jimo county set up 7 townships and 82 communities. In the Qing Dynasty, there were 7 townships and 81 communities under the Ming system.
From March 24 (1898) to the 11th year of the Republic of China (1922), the German Japanese Jiao'ao concession was governed by police. The area south of Baisha River was under the jurisdiction of Cangkou and Lichun police branch. Cangkou police branch was under the jurisdiction of Xiazhuang, Taipingzhuang, donghuangbu, zhonghuangbu, xihuangbu, shijiabozi, wangjiabozi, Yuanyuan, Shaoshan, Anle, majiatai, pengjiatai, Gaojiatai, Dan Li village police branch has jurisdiction over CuiJiaGou, Heijian, luoquanjian, Yuntougu, zhutoushi and nanwushi. In the early Republic of China (1912), Jimo county was divided into districts and townships, which belong to xundong Township, Liuting Township and Wenliang township of Renhua district. Xundong Township governs dongzhaizitou, wangjiacao village, lijiacao village, zhongcao village, Xincao village, Shigou, lengjiashagou, zhangjiashagou, lijiashagou, dongguzhen, haojiaying, liujiaying, Jiaying and Huaying Liuting town governs Sihou, dongzhangjiazhuang, qianguzhen and houguzhen villages; Wenliang Township governs xizhaizitou village.
In 1922, the police station of Licun district was set up in jiaoao commercial port, which has seven sub stations. The villages south of Baisha River in Xiazhuang area belong to the first and second sub stations. The area to the north of Baisha River is still under the jurisdiction of Jimo county.
In March 1931, Xiazhuang district was established. During this period, zhutoushi village was renamed Taihe village.
In January of 1938, Japan occupied Qingdao again and made administrative division. Some villages in Xiazhuang district were divided into xianjiazhai district and some villages in sicang district. It is under the jurisdiction of Caojiabu District, including Caojiazhuang village, xiajiagou village, Lijiazhuang village, huangjiaying village, xiajiazhuang village, huangjiagou village Bu, Shaoshan, Yuanyuan, pengjiatai, Gaojiatai, majiatai, qinjiaxiaoshui, liujiaxiaoshui, Danshan, Anle. Lichun District governs luoquanjian, Heijian, CuiJiaGou, Yuntougu, nanwushi, Taihe village, while Jimo County governs the same villages.
In June 1942, Xiazhuang district and xianjiazhai District belonged to Laoshan administrative office. Xiazhuang area belongs to Fushi Township, Liuying Township and Zhenqing township of Xiazhuang District, Danshan township of xianjiazhai District, Lichun township of Licun district and Liuting town and Wenliang township of the Fifth District of Jimo county. Fushi township of Xiazhuang District governs xishigou, wangjiacao village, lijiacao village, zhongcao village and Xincao village, while Liuying Township governs liujiaying, haojiaying, jiajiaying and Donggu town. Zhenqing Township governs Xiazhuang, Huayin, zhangjiashagou, lijiashagou, lengjiashagou and Yuyu. Danshan township of xianjiazhai District governs Taipingzhuang, shijiabozi, wangjiabozi, donghuangbu, zhonghuangbu, xihuangbu, Shaoshan, Yuanyuan, pengjiatai, Gaojiatai, majiatai, qinjiaxiaoshui, liujiaxiaoshui, Danshan and Anle. Lichun township of Lichun District governs luoquanjian, Heijian, CuiJiaGou, Yuntougu, nanwushi and Taihe villages. The villages under the jurisdiction of Jimo County remain unchanged.
In August 1945, after the victory of the Anti Japanese War, xianjiazhai district was merged into Xiazhuang District, and its territory still follows the division in 1931.
On June 1, 1949, Xiazhuang was liberated, and Laoshan administrative office took over the former Xiazhuang district. Its territory remained the same as that of 1931.
