Xinglong Town, subordinate to Xinmin City, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Xinmin City, adjacent to Guanghui street of Hongqu District in the East, Xinglongbao town in the West and south, sandaogangzi town and Luojiafang town in the north, with an administrative area of 140 square kilometers.
