Fanshan Town, belonging to Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Zhuolu County, bordering Huailai County in the East, Mentougou District of Beijing and zhaojiapeng District of Zhuolu County in the south, heishansi Township in the West and wenquantun town in the north.
