Xicheng town
Xicheng Town, subordinate to Keshan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northwest of Keshan County, the hinterland of Songnen plain at the southern foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, the northwest of Keshan County, adjacent to Xianghua Township in the East, Xihe town in the south, Kaifa Township in the west, and Jianjian in the north and West. The total administrative area is 188.75 square kilometers. It belongs to the continental monsoon climate of cold temperate zone, and Kenong road runs through the whole territory. The town government is 36 kilometers away from the county.
In 1907, Xicheng town was located in the office of general judge of Nehe. In April 1984, Xicheng township was transformed into Xicheng town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in West towns was 26944. In 2019, Xicheng will have one community and nine administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 15 industrial enterprises and 5 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Xicheng town; animal husbandry mainly raised cows, pigs, sheep and poultry.

Name and origin
In the ninth year of the Republic of China (1920), a town was set up at No. 200 (now Xicheng). Because No. 100 was in the northwest of Keshan, and there were earth walls around the residence, No. 200 was later renamed Xicheng.
