Shaowo town
Shaowo Town, belonging to Nayong County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the southwest of Nayong County. It is adjacent to Yongxi street in the East, Southeast and northeast. It is adjacent to zongling town in the south, southwest and West. It reaches Zhuchang Miao and Yi Township in the northwest and Longchang town in the north, with an administrative area of 70.49 square kilometers.
Before the thirtieth year of the Republic of China (1941), it was under the jurisdiction of Dafang County; in 1991, the four townships of shaowo, Fadi, Baoke and bayong merged into shaowo township. In 2015, shaowo township was abolished and shaowo town was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of 35959 people was in the town. As of June 2020, shaowo town has jurisdiction over 12 communities and 5 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Gaihe village.
In 2011, the total revenue of shaowo town was 130 million yuan, an increase of 9.4% over the previous year. History of construction
Before 1941, it was under the jurisdiction of Dafang County.
In 1941, when Nayong County was established, it belonged to Nayong.
Before 1958, it was Tianba township. Later, it merged with yangjiaying into Tianba commune.
In 1981, it was renamed shaowo commune.
In 1984, it was changed to shaowo township.
In 1991, the four townships of shaowo, Fadi, Baoke and bayong were merged into shaowo township.
In 2015, shaowo township was abolished and shaowo town was established.

There are 112 natural villages.
