Dongguan Street
Dongguan Street, belonging to Kangping County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Kangping County, adjacent to haoguantun town in the East, Mengjia town and ci'ensi town in Faku County in the south, fangjiatun town in the West and Kangping town in the north, with a total area of 106.4 square kilometers.
During the Warring States period, Dongguan Street belonged to the state of Yan; in 1994, Dongguan Tun township was changed into town. In 2012, dongguantun town changed from town to street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Dongguan Street was 22934. As of June 2020, Dongguan sub district has jurisdiction over 1 community and 11 administrative villages, and the sub district office is located in guanjiatun village.

In the early Qing Dynasty, it belonged to zuohou banner.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to one district and four districts.
In 1945, it was a district.
In 1958, Santaizi commune was established.
In 1961, it was renamed dongguantun commune and moved to guanjiatun village.
After the end of the cultural revolution, dongguantun commune was transformed into township.
In 1994, dongguantun township was transformed into a town.
In 2012, dongguantun town changed from town to street.

History and culture
In the eighth year of Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty (1730), guanjiatun was named after the first place where the family name lived. Because there were two guanjiatuns in Kangping County, people used to call the people who lived in the East dongguanjiatun, later referred to as dongguantun.
