Fenghuang Town, belonging to Ningjin County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the west central part of Ningjin County, bordering on mainland villages and towns, jiajiakou town and Dongwang town in the East, beihezhuang town and dacaozhuang management area in the south, huanmadian town in the West and tangqiu Township in the north. History of construction

During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to the Central District of Ningjin County. In September 1945, Chengxiang District was set up.

In 1958, it belonged to Qunxing commune.

In 1960, Chengguan commune was established.

In 1984, Chengguan commune was changed into Chengguan town.

In July 1987, Chengguan town was renamed Fenghuang town.
