Shilipu town
Shilipu Zhen, Guangping County, Hebei Province, is located in the east of the county, 5 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 45.63 square kilometers, with 34488 mu of arable land. Population 51600 (2008). Jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages, township government in Shilipu village. With convenient transportation, Feixiang Guantao highway and Handan Liaocheng railway cross the rural area. Every village has been connected to Baiyou road.
On December 1, 2018, Shilipu town held the unveiling ceremony of withdrawing villages and establishing towns.
In 1959, the management area of Pushang was established. In 1961, it was changed to Pushang commune. In 1984, it was renamed Shilipu township. In 1997, it covers an area of 45.6 square kilometers and has a population of 34000. It has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages including Shilipu, Xizhai, Chengu, tunzibao, Jin'an village, Beisi Langgu, yanxiaozhai, Qiandi, Houdi, Nansi Langgu, Botou, Ducun, Daliu, Youcun, qinzhuang, xiaozhanggu, nanzhanggu, Tianzhuang, Jiazhuang, beixiaoliu and nanxiaoliu. Shilipu township has superior natural conditions and is famous for its breeding industry, with 12500 pigs, 14100 sheep and 1700 cattle. The land of the township is fertile, and the traditional planting industry is mainly cotton, corn and wheat. More than 10 residential buildings have been built in the west of Shilipu village and the south of Xizhai village. One kindergarten and one primary school will be built. the new health center plans to build a seven storey double-sided outpatient building and inpatient building, connecting with the floor heating of new residential buildings, so as to improve people's medical conditions. The hospital is located beside feiguan Road, covering an area of more than 13000 square meters, 1 km away from the old health center and 4.5 km away from Guangping county. Shilipu middle school is located in the east of Shilipu village, beside feiguan highway, which has made great contributions to the local education. on June 2, 2020, the regulatory detailed planning of our town will be publicized to lay a good foundation for the future development.

Xizhai, houdishang, qiandishang and yanxiaozhai are planned to be moved into Shilipu town area, with a construction land area of 150.63 hectares, ranging from North Ring Road, West Ring Road, East Ring Road and South Ring Road in the north, West Ring Road, East Ring Road and South Ring Road. by 2030, the population will be 13000, and the construction land of the town will be controlled at 150.63 hectares, with the per capita construction land of 115.78 square meters.
Nature of town
the eastern part of Guangping county is a commercial market town with comprehensive services in rural areas and production of agriculture and animal husbandry. the planning town forms a spatial structure of "one axis, one center, one district and four groups". (1) along the development axis of feiguan highway, the town development axis is built along both sides of feiguan highway, running through the East and west of the town. Along the axis, business and finance, leisure and living, commercial services and other functions are arranged, with corresponding living service facilities. (2) administrative service center the administrative center with the town government as the core. (3) logistics park is a logistics park in the west of the town, which mainly develops logistics warehousing. Land for education and scientific research there is no middle school in the town, and there is one primary school; there is one middle school and three primary schools in the town planning. The planned land area for education and scientific research is 7.89ha, accounting for 5.24% of the planned construction land, and the per capita land area is 6.06m2. 4. Sports land improve the construction of sports facilities, build new sports fitness facilities, allocate sports facilities in squares, parks and other public places to meet the living needs of residents, and build a sports organization network with district level sports facilities as the leader, various sports social organizations as the backbone, and communities, fitness activity sites and fitness clubs as the basis. there is no large-scale sports center in Shilipu town. It is planned to arrange a sports land in the north of the town to meet the needs of the town residents for physical exercise. At the same time, it is planned to make full use of the sports venues of primary and secondary schools and build national fitness facilities in combination with green space to provide residents with outdoor fitness venues to meet the needs of daily fitness activities. The planned sports land is 1.02ha, accounting for 0.68% of the construction land, and the per capita sports land is 0.78m2. 5. Medical and health land speed up the establishment of public health and basic medical service system covering urban and rural areas, and establish a medical and health service system based on central health centers and supplemented by outpatient departments and clinics in towns. it is planned to retain the existing Shilipu central health center. We should build new community health service centers in each residential group, improve the internal facilities, improve the medical level, break the limitations of the management system, and integrate medical and health resources. It is planned that in 2025, there will be 3 beds and 1.8 doctors per thousand people; in 2030, there will be 4 beds and 2.3 doctors per thousand people. the planned medical and health land is 0.66ha, accounting for 0.44% of the construction land, and the per capita land is 0.51m2. 6. Land for social welfare actively develop social welfare undertakings, build comprehensive service facilities such as nursing homes and community welfare facilities, and plan to form a social pension service system with perfect system, sound organization, moderate scale, good operation, excellent service, in place supervision and sustainable development. According to 16% of the total population, the number of beds for the aged will reach 30 by 2025; according to 18% of the total population, the number of beds for the aged will reach 40 by 2030. The service network for home-based care and institutional care will be basically sound. The planned social welfare land is 2.78ha, accounting for 1.85% of the construction land, and the per capita land is 2.14m2. 3. Commercial land is arranged on both sides of feiguan Road, mainly for clothing and catering, while Commerce on both sides of trade road is mainly for characteristic agricultural products, vegetables, fruits and daily necessities. in combination with the needs of urban construction and development of Shilipu, an entertainment and sports land is arranged in the town, which is located in the north of feiguan highway, with cinema, sports and fitness projects. the planned land for business outlets of public facilities mainly refers to the gas station, which has its own service radius and is arranged along the road. A gas station is planned; the planned land for Telecom and postal business outlets is compatible with commercial land, commercial land, entertainment and sports land due to its small scale, and the planning should not be arranged separately, but should be arranged along the street To meet its own service radius requirements. The planned land use is 12.16ha, accounting for 8.07% of the total construction land, and the per capita land use is 9.35m2.
