Tumen Township

Historic sites include Neolithic cultural sites, Xiling spring and Autumn Warring States cultural sites, Song Dynasty porcelain kiln sites. Tumen township has been abolished from 2006 to 2010 and merged into Beizi township. The township government is located in the former Beizi township government. The township covers an area of 171.48 square kilometers and has a population of 2576300.

Later, it was merged into Beizi Township and returned to the original township government. However, the original Tumen township has been changed into today's Tumen office. It has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages (hupanhe, Wujiazhuang, goushuzhuang, Yeping, Miaozhuang, Tumen, Laolin, Jiaoshan, houjiazhuang), 75 villager groups and 159 natural villages.

Regional location

It is located in the northwest of Lushan County, the east foot of Funiu and the source of Shahe River in Huaihe River Basin. Luo (Yang) South (Yang) highway passes through the border.
