Chengguan town is under the jurisdiction of Luoning County, Henan Province. It is located in the east of the county, adjacent to Chengjiao Township in the East, wangfan Hui town in the west, Luohe in the South and Xiaojie Township in the north. The town government is located in the north of Fengyi middle road. It has jurisdiction over four administrative villages, including Xiguan, Xijie, Dongguan and Fengxiang, and 38 villager groups, with 44866 people (including urban residents).
