Chengguan Street, belonging to Dongming County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Dongming County, bordering Luquan town in the East, yuwo street in the south, Shawo Township in the west, wushengqiao town and caiyuanji town in the north. The total area of the district is 59.2 square kilometers. In 2011, the total population of the district was 104000.

In 1949, nine districts of Chengguan were built. In 1958, Chengguan commune was established. In December 1983, it was withdrawn and renamed Chengguan town. In May 2010, Chengguan town was abolished and Chengguan Street was established. In June 2020, Chengguan Street has jurisdiction over 7 communities and 22 administrative villages.
