Dongluobao Township
Dongluobao Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Dingxing County, adjacent to Dingxing town in the East, Beihe town across the river in the South and Gaoli Township in the West. It borders Laishui County in the north, with a maximum distance of 5.8 km from east to west and 9.5 km from north to south, covering a total area of 39.18 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total population of Tung Luo Bao Township registered residence was 28623.
In 1961, wuliyao commune was established. In 1966, the commune moved to dongluobao township; in the same year, it was renamed dongluobao Township commune. In 1984, it was changed to dongluobao township. As of June 2020, dongluobao township has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in Chenjiazhuang village.
In 2011, the agricultural output value of dongluobao township was 4.15 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 4125 yuan. The total industrial output value is 120 million yuan. The total revenue was 3.52 million yuan, including 2.15 million yuan of local revenue. In 2018, there were 19 industrial enterprises in dongluobao Township, including 2 above scale and 25 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
Dongluobao township was named after dongluobao village, the original residence of the township government.
In July 1948, it was liberated and belonged to three districts of Dingxing county.
In 1953, it belonged to dongluobao Township, Dongyin Township, nandawei Township and Datian township.
In 1958, it belonged to Chengguan commune.
In 1961, wuliyao commune was established.
In 1966, the commune moved to dongluobao township; in the same year, it was renamed dongluobao Township commune.
In 1984, it was changed to dongluobao township.

Emperor's son-in-law tomb
The tomb of the son-in-law is located in the north of dongluobao village, dongluobao township. It is the tomb of Xu Congcheng, the son-in-law of the Ming Dynasty. The tomb covers an area of 15000 square meters. In front of the tomb, there are two Huabiao, two stone tablets and two stone statues. The stone statues are arranged on both sides of the Shinto. Xu Congcheng was born in the stone statue village of Dingxing county and the son-in-law of the fifth daughter of emperor Shizong of Ming Dynasty. Some of the cultural relics on the ground still exist. In 1984, the emperor's son-in-law tomb was listed as a county-level cultural relic protection unit by Dingxing county.
