Chengguan Street belongs to Luonan County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the center of Luonan County, adjacent to boyusi town in the East, Jingcun town and Xiewan town in the south, Sihao street and Yongfeng town in the west, Maping Town and Shimen town in the north. The maximum distance between East and West is 18.5km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 14.3km. The total area is 198 square kilometers.
