Changchun Street, belonging to Shuncheng District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Shuncheng District, bordering QianDian town in the East, Hunhe central line in the south, Hedong street and Fushun City Street in the west, and Hebei Township in the north. It covers a total area of 10 square kilometers. By the end of 2011, Changchun had a total population of 72000.
In February 1988, Shijia street was established. On March 4, 2000, Shuncheng district government assigned Shijia, Gongjia and Xinqi of Shijia street to Hebei Township, and Erdao Han village and Erdao Xianzu village of QianDian to Shijia street. On March 2, 2001, it was renamed Changchun Street. As of June 2020, Changchun Street has jurisdiction over 12 communities.
In 2011, the general budget revenue of Changchun Street was 105.74 million yuan, 41.6% lower than that of the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, we have completed business tax of 27.24 million yuan, value-added tax of 23.89 million yuan, enterprise income tax of 21.38 million yuan and individual income tax of 6.66 million yuan, an increase of - 40.4%, - 41.6%, - 35.3% and 22.6% respectively over the previous year.
