Jiaolong Town, Linshu County, Shandong Province is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, at the junction of two provinces, three counties and four towns. It borders banzhuang Town, Ganyu District, Jiangsu Province, and Shilianghe Town, Donghai County in the East, Linshu town in the west, Daxing Town and Yushan Town in the North and south, respectively.

Jiaolong town is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, at the junction of three counties and six townships in Jiangsu and Shandong provinces. It is under the jurisdiction of Linshu county and the east gate of Linyi city.
Jiaolongwang, the seat of the town government, is 10 kilometers away from the county seat in the west, adjacent to Lianyungang, the east bridgehead of the Eurasian Continental Bridge in the East, and Lianyungang baitabu airport and Linyi airport in the East and West. "327" national highway, Jiaodong (Pan) highway, lie (Tuan) Daxing highway and Jiaoxin (Xinji) highway meet in the town, with bus station, so the traffic is very convenient.

The town government is located in jiaolongwang. In the early Ming Dynasty, the surnames of Feng, Bai and Deng scattered here and moved to Dongli village of Tuba because of the war. In the west of the dam, there is a river winding like a swimming dragon. The river has been washed into a pool for a long time, which is called wolongtan. Therefore, the village was named jiaolongwan and later changed to jiaolongwang.
In the early Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Linshu Township, Linyi County
In the 23 years of the Republic of China, Linshu township was the Fifth District of Linyi County.
In 1941, the Communist Party set up Linshu County in the east of Linyi County and the northeast of Tancheng county. However, the administrative divisions of the national government remained unchanged, and the prewar system was still the standard.
During the Anti Japanese War, the division headquarters of the 115th division of the Eighth Route Army was Zhufan village under its jurisdiction.
In 1951, it was called the Sixth District.
In 1953, the three villages of xizhufan, yaozhufan and xuzhufan at the border with Jiangsu Province belonged to Linshu County, but they did not belong to Linshu county. Xinji village belongs to two provinces, and now all of them are assigned to Ganyu County, Jiangsu Province.
