Qigan Jidi Township, belonging to Fuhai County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of Fuhai county. It is adjacent to kalamagai Township in the East, Urumqi City in the south, Bayin Oboo Township in hebukeser Mongolia Autonomous County in the west, KUKE agashi Township and Jiete Arele Township in the Northwest, and Jiete Arele Township in the north.
