History of construction

On June 12, 1954, lamazhao township was set up as kangbutiebao Mongolian Autonomous township.

In 1958, kangbuteibao commune was rebuilt.

In 1967, it was renamed Dongfanghong commune.

In 1978, it was renamed kangbuteibao commune.

In 1984, it was changed to Mongolian township of kangbutiebao.

On January 1, 1986, it was renamed as khandagat Mongolian township.
