AnJiHai Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Shawan City, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Shawan City, adjacent to Daquan Township in the East, bortong ancient township in the south, bortong ancient pasture in the West and 142 regiment farms in the north, with a total administrative area of 356.66 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 18375. In 2019, AnJiHai town governs 11 administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1778, Suilai county was set up under the jurisdiction of Suilai county.
In 1915, it belonged to sandaohezi District of Shawan city.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it still belongs to sandaohezi District of Shawan city.
In 1958, it belonged to the red flag commune.
In 1962, AnJiHai commune was established.
In 1966, it was renamed Hongguang commune.
In 1978, the original name of AnJiHai commune was restored.
In 1984, it was changed to Jihai township.
In September 1994, it merged with yuanxinggong township to build Jihai town.

At the end of 2011, AnJiHai town had 13 administrative villages: AnJiHai, vineyard, Suzhou household, farm, hepingxin, Siqi, Sanqi, wangjiaqu, jiaotongxin, Gushu, Gudao, Jiahezi and yuanxinggong.
