Sangong Township
Sangong Township, belonging to Huocheng County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of Huocheng county. It is adjacent to SALBULAK town in the East, liangfanchang and langgan Township in Huocheng County in the south, 65th regiment in the west, Qingshuihe town and Lucaogou town across demon mountain in the northwest, and Lucaogou town in the north, with a total administrative area of 72 square kilometers.
In 1950, it belonged to the fourth district; in 1984, it was changed to Sangong Hui Township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the three Palace Township was 16432. In 2019, Sangong Township governs five administrative villages.
The main crops in Sangong township are winter wheat, corn, flax, oil sunflower, beet, cotton, melon and flue-cured tobacco; the main animal husbandry is cattle, sheep and poultry. In 2018, there were three industrial enterprises in Sangong township.

In 1950, it belonged to the fourth district.
In 1958, it was called Qianjin commune.
In 1960, it was incorporated into the October commune.

In 1984, it was changed to Sangong Hui village.
