Hanggui Town, belonging to Luopu County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Luopu County, adjacent to Duolu Township in the East, Luopu town and qiarbage Township in the south, Buya Township, Hotan County and Moyu County in the west, and Aksu City in the north. In 2018, Hangzhou city had an area of 3542.18 square kilometers and 48695 registered residence.
