KELIYANG Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Pishan County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Pishan county. It is connected with kuoshtag Township in the northeast, Nao Abati Tajik ethnic township in the south, wuxiakebashi town in Yecheng County in the West and bashilangan Township in the north, with a total administrative area of 443.57 square kilometers.
In 1958, it was the KELIYANG management area of Yuejin commune. In 1986, it was separated from kuoshtag Township and bashilangan township to establish KELIYANG township. By the end of 2018, Kerrey had 7923 registered residence in Yang Township. As of October 2019, Kerrey had 9 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Yang.
In 2011, the total financial income of KELIYANG township was 5.52 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 2908 yuan.
