Wu'an town
Wuan town belongs to yuncheng county, Heze City, Shandong Province. It is located in the southwest of Yuncheng County, bordering Guotun town in the East, tangmiao town in the south, Huang'an town and chenpo town in the west, and Shuangqiao town in the north. The area is 90.28 square kilometers. In 2018, 67751 people registered residence.
In September 1958, Wu'an commune was established. In December 1983, it was changed to Wu'an town when the society was withdrawn and the township was built. In June 2020, 37 administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of Wu'an town.
In 2018, there were 86 industrial enterprises in Wu'an Town, including 30 industrial enterprises above Designated Size and 69 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to five districts of yuncheng county.
In September 1958, Wu'an commune was established.
In December 1983, it was changed to Wu'an town when the society was withdrawn and the township was built.
In February 2001, wujieshou township was abolished and merged into Wu'an town.
