Yingmaili Township, belonging to Jiashi County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Jiashi county. It is connected with wolitoglak Township in the East, jiangbazi Township and harihuqi farm in the south, Baren town in the West and tierimu Township in the north, with a total area of 795.26 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Juren Township and Heping township. In November 1984, Shuguang commune was changed into Yingmaili township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of 33336 people was in the market. In 2019, Yingmaili village governs 20 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Yingmaili village.

History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Juren Township and Heping township.
In 1950, it belonged to the first district.
In 1959, Xianfeng commune was formed with three townships including jiangbazi and Baren.
In 1961, it merged with the town to form the first district.
In 1965, it was changed into a commune.
In 1966, it was renamed dawning commune.
In 1971, paiziawati commune was established.
In November 1984, Shuguang commune was changed into Yingmaili township.
