Xintare town
Xintare Township, belonging to Heshuo County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Heshuo county. It is adjacent to wushitala Hui Township in the East, Bosten Lake in the south, sukhart Township in the West and tahaqi Township in the north, with a total area of 150.75 square kilometers.
In 1955, baoertu ranch was established in xintare Township, under the jurisdiction of Bazhou animal husbandry and veterinary station; on May 18, 2000, it was changed from sanfenchang to xintare township. By the end of 2018, the population of registered residence in new TA hot township was 3559. In 2019, xintare Township governs three administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in xintare village.

History of construction
In 1955, baoertu ranch was established under the jurisdiction of Bazhou animal husbandry and veterinary station.
In August 1956, it was changed into a local state-owned baoertu ranch.
In August 1957, it was transferred to Heshuo county.
In September 1959, the public-private joint venture ranch of Butz was merged into the local state-owned baoertu ranch.
In June 1960, the public-private joint venture pasture was abolished, and large livestock farm and small livestock farm were set up respectively, and the people supporting the border were resettled to set up feed farm. In the same year, the site was moved from baoertu to xintare.
In 1964, Nanshan public-private joint venture ranch was merged into local state-owned baoertu ranch, and baoertu ranch was established.
In 1984, five and six production teams were set up from three production teams.
In March 1999, the new tare Management Committee of Heshuo county was established, and the state owned Assets Administration Bureau divided the two sub fields into nairenke Township and the four sub fields into wushitala township.
In 2003, the three-point field and five point field were merged into three-point field.
On May 18, 2000, sanfenchang was changed into xintare township.
