Borhoi Township
Baoerhai Township, belonging to Yanqi Hui Autonomous County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Yanqi Hui Autonomous County. It is adjacent to shilichengzi town in the East, shilichengzi farm in the south, Wangjiazhuang ranch and suhai improved seed farm in the west, chahancaikai Township in the north, and 11.7 km away from the people's Government of Yanqi Hui Autonomous County 58.02 square kilometers.
In 1771, when the turhute tribe returned, some people lived in baoerhai township; in 1984, baoerhai commune was changed into baoerhai township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Bao Hai township was 7236. In 2019, baoerhai Township governs five administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Kaiti village.
