History of construction

In September 1997, Nanhu sub district office was established.

In August 2001, it was renamed Nanhu South Road sub district office. At the beginning of its establishment, the sub district temporarily set up two residents committees, namely, Hetan North Road residents committee and Anju community residents committee.

In April 1998, the residents committee of Laodong street was established.

In May 2001, after re division, eight community residents committees were formally established, including Anju community, Laodong street community, Hualing community, Academy of forestry sciences community, Kedong Lubei community, xudongdong community, xudongxi community and Guanghui community.

In October 2004, friendship community was established.

In July 2006, Anju North Road community was established, Guanghui community was renamed Huaxiang community, Hualing community was abolished and merged into the community of the Academy of Forestry Sciences, and Laodong street community was divided into Laodong street and Lvyuan community.

In February 2007, Xudong and xudongxi communities were merged into Xudong community.
