History of construction
In October 1960, weihuliang sub district office was established.
In April 1969, it was changed to the Revolutionary Committee of Shuimogou District.
In May 1980, it was changed into weihuliang sub district office of Shuimogou District.
In 2005, the administrative division was adjusted. Liudaowan street was divided into five communities (Yuncheng, Furong, Xiejing East, Lijing South and Lijing North), and one community (Xinxing) was assigned to qidaowan street. The number of communities changed from 7 to 11.
In 2010, the rural community split up to form a new community (Zhongtai).
In 2011, a new community (Lijing West) was split from Linan community, and a new community (Lijing East) was split from Lijing North Community, and the number of communities became 14.
