Huaitou Tala town
Huaitoutala Town, belonging to Delingha City, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province, is located in the northwest of Delingha City, with Keluke town in the East, Dulan County in the south, Dachaidan Administrative Committee in the west, Subei Mongolian Autonomous County and Aksai Kazak Autonomous County in Gansu Province in the north, 55 kilometers away from Delingha City, with a total area of 10700 square kilometers.
Before the founding of new China, huaitoutala town belonged to one of the nine koruk banners; in 1999, it was changed from huaitoutala township to huaitoutala town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Huai tou La town was 2998. In 2019, huaitou Tala town governs one community and six administrative villages.
In 2018, there were three industrial enterprises in huaitou Tala Town, including three above scale enterprises and one comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before the founding of new China, huaitou Tala town belonged to one of the nine koruk banners.
In 1956, for Dulan County huaitou Tala township.
In 1957, it was subordinate to the working committee of Delingha.
In 1958, it was changed into huaitou Tala commune.
In 1984, it was changed to huaitou Tala township.
In 1999, huaitoutala township was changed into huaitoutala town.

In 2011, huaitou Tala town governed a community of Xiaokang road and five administrative villages of Dongtan, Xitan, Huaitu, kagetu and baligou.
In 2019, huaitou Tala town governs one community in Xiaokang Road community, and six administrative villages in Dongtan village, Xitan village, Huaitu village, baligou village, kagetu village and Lvyuan village.

Huaitoutala town is located in the northwest of Delingha City, with Keluke town in the East, Dulan County in the south, Dachaidan Administrative Committee in the west, Subei Mongolian Autonomous County and Aksai Kazak Autonomous County in Gansu Province in the north. It is 55 km away from Delingha City, the seat of the municipal government. The maximum distance between the East and west of the town is 126 km, and the maximum distance between the north and the south is 151 km, with a total area of 10700 square kilometers.

The main river in huaitoutala town is balageng river. Balageng river is an inland river, which originates from Zongwulong mountain, with a length of 63 km and a drainage area of 1725 square kilometers.

History and culture
"Huaitoutala" is Mongolian, which means "farmland in Southwest China". It is named after the farmland there.
Huaitou Tala rock painting is located in haqichebuqigou, about 40 km northwest of huaitou Tala town. Rock paintings were created in the late Northern Dynasties and Sui and Tang Dynasties. Rock paintings show a wide range of contents, including animals, figures, hunting, grazing, plants, dance and so on.
