Zhongda Township
The registered residence of Zhong Da Township, Yushu, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the northeast of Yushu, on the Tong Tian River, between the East and north across the Tianhe River and the village of the county of Duo County, south of the junction with the ancient streets. It connects West to the town of Annong and Long Bao. In 2018, the area was 710.67 square kilometers, and the household registration population was 5975.
In November 1958, the Red Star commune was established from zawushog and anlongshog. In November 1960, it was renamed qiujinda commune. In March 1961, it was renamed Zhongda commune. In 1984, it was changed to Zhongda township. As of October 2019, Zhongda village has jurisdiction over Dianda village, Gala village, Xiege village and Tangda village.
Zhongda township is a combination of agriculture and animal husbandry, and is the main agricultural area in the county. Animal husbandry is the pillar industry, and the sideline industry mainly depends on the collection of Cordyceps. In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen in Zhongda township was 3031.9 yuan.

Zangniang pagoda is located on the South Bank of the Tongtian River, 40 kilometers away from Zhongda Township, Yushu. It was built in 1030 when MITI, an Indian university, was promoting Buddhism in the Tongtian River Valley in Yushu. It has a history of 970 years. With a height of 40 meters and a circumference of 200 meters, the pagoda is one of the largest pagodas in Kangqu district. The ancient pagoda is unique in shape, well preserved and has a long history. The construction of zangniang pagoda marks the beginning of Buddhism's later flourishing period in Kangqu District, which is of great significance in the development history of Tibetan Buddhism. The scientific name of Juema, commonly known as Pteridophyte longevity fruit, is a wild plant of plateau Rosaceae, which is widely distributed all over Qinghai. It is produced in Guoluo and Yushu areas as the top grade. The ginseng fruit has the characteristics of round body, plump flesh, full grain, bright red color and high yield. It is one of the rare local products in Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province. It is a wild plant of Potentilla anserina of Rosaceae on the plateau. It grows on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau with an altitude of 4000-5000 meters. It has no pollution and is a natural green food.
