Quanji Township
Quanji Township, belonging to Gangcha County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the west of the county, adjacent to yikewulan Township in the East, Qinghai Lake in the south, jilmeng Township in the west, and mule River in the north, 25 kilometers away from the county. The area is 1502.93 square kilometers. In 2018, 6147 people registered residence.
Before 1949, it was under the jurisdiction of Gangcha thousand households. In 1953, the district was established and the township system was changed in the same year. In 1958, it was renamed commune. In 1984, the system of returning to the countryside was established. As of October 2019, Quanji township has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 6 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 10 industrial enterprises in Quanji Township and 3 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Quanji township is located in the middle of Datong mountains of Qilian Mountains, high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with overlapping mountains in the north, bare rocks and sparse vegetation. Sangsituo peak, 4755 meters above sea level, is the highest point in the county and the watershed of internal and external water systems. The central part is hilly and gully, and the southern part is lakeside plain.

Quanji township has a plateau cold temperature and sub humid climate in the north and a plateau cold temperature and sub humid climate in the south. The annual precipitation is 381.8 mm and the annual evaporation is 1454.4 mm. There is no absolute frost free period.
hydrology
Quanji township is rich in water resources. The main rivers are bahawulan River, also known as Quanji River, with a length of 65 kilometers and a drainage area of 567 square kilometers. The jiaerguo River, quhezhi River and qarde River belong to the Yellow River system; the Dor River, Ashan River, Quanji River and qieji River belong to the Qinghai lake water system.

Quanji township is rich in natural resources. The main mineral resources are coal, copper, gold and silver. Economic medicinal plants are Cordyceps sinensis, rhubarb, Pteris (ginseng fruit), licorice, Fritillaria, astragalus, notopterygium, snow lotus, Gentiana, mainly distributed in Muli area. Wild animals include rock sheep, musk deer, snow chicken, bear, lynx, fox, marmot, Tibetan antelope (Tan Yellow sheep), etc. It is rich in highland barley, rape, oats, beef and mutton, fur, lambs and other agricultural and animal husbandry products.

The reproduction rate, total growth rate, stocking rate and commodity rate of livestock are 82.8%, 48%, 48% and 41.3% respectively.
