It's a popular kind of pancake in the local countryside; it's a kind of pancake fried in green oil. There are two kinds of "half dead noodles" with only a little yeast and "dead noodles" without yeast. Knead the wheat flour well, sprinkle with bean powder, sprinkle with a little green oil, and roll into long rolls. Then, it is pushed into a screw shape along the direction of the surface roll, cut into small sections, roll out and roll thin. Pour green oil into the hot pan. When the green oil is cooked, put the pancake into the pan. Then pour a circle of green oil along the edge of the pan. Keep turning the pancake to make it uniform. When the cake is on the fire, turn it over immediately, pour a circle of green oil along the edge of the pot, and turn the cake continuously, fry it well and then eat it.
