Oula xiuma Township
Oula xiuma Township, belonging to Maqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Maqu County. It borders on Oula Township in the East, muxihe Township in the south, Gande Township and Maqin County in Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province in the northwest, and Henan Mongolian Autonomous County in Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province across the Yellow River in the north. The area is 1416.92 square kilometers. In 2018, 3608 people registered residence.
Before 1949, it was the Guowa system under the jurisdiction of Labrang monastery. After 1958, it belonged to Euler commune. From 1966 to 1981, xikehe sheep farm was built in Gannan Prefecture. In October 1981, sikohe sheep farm was cancelled. In 1982, the eulaxiuma commune was established. On November 25, 1983, the commune was changed into a township. In June 2020, oulashuma Township governs four administrative villages.
In 2011, the livestock industry in oulaxiuma Township mainly raised cattle, sheep and horses. The number of livestock on hand was 7398, including 1879 horses, 34975 cattle and 37144 sheep. The total output value of animal husbandry was 32.08 million yuan. The per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen is 2531 yuan.

Oulaxiuma township is located at the northern foot of Animaqing mountain. The mountains in the south are towering and steep, the mountains in the West are low and the slopes are gentle, and the xikehequ river flows from west to East through the central beach and into the Yellow River. The terrain is high in the northwest and Southeast and low in the northeast. The western region is above 4000 meters above sea level, with the highest peak of the same day mountain at 4633 meters above sea level, and the lowest point of Xiao dongmuruo along the Yellow River at 3429 meters above sea level.
