Lijie town

Lijie Town, subordinate to Zhouqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the upper reaches of Bailong River in the northwest of Zhouqu County, adjacent to Hanban Township and Dayu Township in the East and south, and bordering bazang Township in the northwest. The area is 112.64 square kilometers. In 2018, 26376 people registered residence.

In 1958, it was called bazang commune together with bazang township. In 1962, it was renamed Lijie commune. In 1984, it was changed into Lijie township. In 2016, the township was replaced by township. In June 2020, Lijie town has nine administrative villages.

In 2018, Lijie town had 2 industrial enterprises, 1 industrial enterprise above Designated Size and 3 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

In June 2020, Lijie town governs nine administrative villages: Lijie village, Huanian village, shuidi village, Jiedi village, Beishan village, watushan village, Lagou village, laga village and yangyinshan village. The town people's government is stationed in Lijie village.

Lijie town is located in the upper reaches of Bailong River in the northwest of Zhouqu County, adjacent to Hanban Township and Dayu Township in the East and south, and bazang Township in the northwest. The area is 112.64 square kilometers.

topographic features

Lijie town is located in the middle and upper reaches of Bailong River. The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with Bailong River Valley in the middle. There are overlapping mountains, crisscross gullies, fast water flow, steep slopes, thin soil and complex terrain. The highest peak is 2755 meters above sea level, and the lowest is 1554.5 meters above sea level.

The main food crops are wheat, corn, broad bean, highland barley, potato, soybean, etc., which produce 1657.1 tons of grain, including 420.7 tons of wheat. The main economic crops are oil crops, Chinese herbal medicine, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, walnut, etc. The planting area of oil crops is 402 mu, and the yield is 100.5 tons.
