Yingtan Township
Yingtan Township, belonging to Linxia County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the northwest of Linxia County, adjacent to Hongtai Township in the East, zhangzigou Township in the south, and pengzang town and puchuan Township in Jishishan County in the northeast and southwest. The area is 40.33 square kilometers. In 2018, 14664 people registered residence.
In 1952, it was changed from eight districts to nine districts. Later, it was changed into a Tibetan area, and now it is called Yingtan township. In 1958, the Tibetan people's commune was established. At the end of 1958, the system of Linxia county was abolished, and pengzang commune was subordinate to Linxia city. In 1961, it was designated as a small commune, a renyingtan brigade of Hongtai commune, and was upgraded to Yingtan commune. At the end of 1961, the system of Linxia county was restored. In October 2019, Yingtan village governs 8 administrative villages.
In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise in Yingtan Township, with two comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
