Fanba Town, belonging to Wen County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Wen County, with Bikou town in the East, Qingchuan County in Sichuan Province in the south, liujiaping Township in the west, Shangde town in the northwest and Yulei Township in the north. History of construction

Fanba town is named after its surname and original physical geographical entity.

In June 1955, the township of the merged District, Boyuan and Fengjia Township, were merged into Fanba Township, under the jurisdiction of Bikou district.

In April 1958, fan Ba and Dian Ba townships were merged into Bikou commune.

In August 1961, jianfanba and Dianba communes were under the jurisdiction of Bikou district.

In October 1970, due to the construction of Bikou Hydropower Station, Fanba commune was flooded and moved to tianjiawan, Yanjia village.

In November 1983, Fanba commune and Dianba commune were changed into townships.
