Baita Manchu Township, belonging to Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Xingcheng City, adjacent to Yuantaizi Manchu Township in the East, Yangan Manchu Township across the river in the south, Hongyazi town and Jiumen Manchu Township in the west, Huashan street in the north, with an administrative area of 68.1 square meters.
In 1948, Baita Township belonged to four districts (Yuantaizi); in 1985, it was renamed Baita Manchu Township. History of construction

History and culture
In the Ming Dynasty, Jiancun was named after the original Xiaobai pagoda because it was located between mountains and valleys.
Baitayu pagoda is located in nantagou village, Jiulong Mountain, Baita Manchu Township. It was originally named wujiyuan relic Pagoda in Kongtongshan. It was built in 1092, the eighth year of Liao Da'an, with a remnant height of about 43 meters. The tower is of brick octagonal thirteen level solid close eaves type. The octagons of the pagoda are embedded with brick pillars, the center of each facade is built with a Buddhist niche, and the four brick inscriptions are carved with Buddhist language. 12 meters deep in the center of the tower is an underground palace made of 17 green sandstone steles.
