Guohe Township
Guohe Township, belonging to Wudu District, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Wudu District, bordering Huangping town and Yuhuang Township in the East, Sanhe Town and citrus Township in the south, Hanwang town and Longfeng Township in the west, Ganquan Town in the north, 22 km away from Wudu City, with a total area of 90.46 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, Guohe Township belonged to dieshili; in December 1983, it was changed from Guohe commune to Guohe township. By the end of 2018, the household registered residence in the township was 14388. As of June 2020, Guohe township has 16 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in Guohe village.
In Guohe Township, corn, wheat and potato are the main food crops; Zanthoxylum bungeanum and Astragalus membranaceus are the economic crops; pig, sheep and poultry are the main animal husbandry.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to dieshili.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belongs to Dieshi. In 1935, Guohe township was established. In 1941, Guohe township was merged into Fujin township.
In July 1950, Guohe, chiluo and Bahai townships were set up, belonging to Sanhe district.
In June 1956, it was merged into Bahai Township and Guohe township.
In March 1958, Bahai Township and Guohe Township were merged into Guohe township; in October of the same year, Guohe commune was established; in November of the same year, Sanhe commune was merged.
In June 196, it was restored to Guohe commune.
In October 1966, Guohe commune was renamed Yonghong commune.
In May 1970, Yonghong commune was changed into Guohe commune.
In December 1983, Guohe commune was transformed into Guohe township.
